Guarantee

For any warranty questions, please contact our customer service at info@marchealpin.ca and do not contact the manufacturer directly.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the product upon receipt. In rare cases, the product may be damaged during transport or have a defect in its original packaging. If this happens, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the package to report the problem.

  • Free Shipping : We offer free shipping on all orders of $200 or more, before taxes and after discounts.
  • Processing Time : A tracking number will be provided to you within 36 hours of purchase.
  • Shipping Costs : Shipping costs may vary depending on weight, package dimensions and shipping address. These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Delays : We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes or carrier delays.
